Weight Management Program 4-8 Sessions
For healthy living and weight loss to be successful in the long term you need a fresh mindset. The key to successful weight loss comes from unlocking unconscious habits. I tell my clients that they don’t have a conscious problem. They have an unconscious problem.
Consciously, you’d love to be lighter and healthy with no bad habits. However, the unconscious mind steps in and says, “go on, you know you want it!” And it is winning at the moment.
Sometimes we learn at a young age to use food for comfort, or when we are stressed. Sometimes we eat large portions or refuse to leave food on our plate, even if we are full. We can have unhealthy eating habits that we want gone, such as daily consumption of chocolates, biscuits, lollies, chips, and processed foods that stop us in our tracks from ever losing weight. I can help you to stop binge eating and teach you about “head hunger”.


How it works ...
Once we change our unconscious habits, we can find it much easier to live in a healthy way, and to choose healthier food options. Instead of feeling a sense of deprivation, you will feel these changes are natural and will allow them to happen with great ease.
I work closely with my clients to explore unwanted eating habits and patterns, triggers and behaviours that you have surrounding food. I personalise each client’s sessions to suit them, as I do not believe in a “one size fits all” when it comes to weight loss. We have a detailed discussion in session one, that follows onto the first hypnosis for weight loss session.
Depending on how much weight the client is seeking to lose, depends on the number of sessions I will recommend.
I have an array of different issues that can be covered in the weight loss sessions such as motivation to exercise, stress, food portions sizes and sugar cravings.
What does the Program include?
- 4 x fortnightly individual hypnosis for weight loss sessions personalised to your goals
- 4 x 10-15 minute accountability calls
At the end of the 4th session, we will have a “where to from here?” discussion. Some clients might choose to continue with another 4-session program, while some clients have already made the changes that they were seeking.
Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective solutions for weight loss.
Clinical hypnosis allows you to align your unconscious habits with your goals in life. So that the choices you make become second nature and you do not feel like you are battling upstream.
You will learn ways in hypnosis to connect to yourself and find comfort from within, instead of relying on snacks and junk food.
